About two weeks ago I felt like I had pulled a muscle in my stomach/groin so I recently decided to take a break form working out. Well today I went to the doctor to get it looked at and it sounds like I might not be able to work out for another few weeks. He thinks I may have sprained and possible tore a muscle but didn't suspect it to be a hernia. He did suggest I see a surgeon to get his take on it so I'm going to have to schedule an appointment with one for as soon as I can. I'm hoping it's just a sprain and nothing more serious and rest will take care of it. I'm hoping that I'll be able to start working out by the beginning of January at the latest, hopefully this will heal up in the next week or so.
