I tried implementing some of the Chi Running focuses on this run. My knees and shins felt pretty. Afterward, my hip was pretty sore but I think that might be natural. My knees are sore now but that's because I'm trying to force my feet to be more parallel as opposed to my duck foot stance I didn't realize I had :(
