Knee update: Felt some discomfort when I started running which passed about half way through. It was a little uncomfortable and felt unstable afterward, which it has felt like off and on the past few days, but no pain so far. For the time being I'm going to hold of on running and limit biking some. If after a week my knee isn't any better I'll have it looked at but I'm hoping it's just a bit sore from over use.
Former swimmer, turned lazy bum, hopefully turned triathlete. It's been hard for me to work out in the past without training for something, so I've decided to try my hand at triathlons and see how I do.
