Previous practices Tuesday
One of the biggest obstacles in training is going to be the limited amount of time I have. I commute an hour each way to work which sucks up a lot of my time (I know it's a crappy excuse). My options are usually swim in the mornings until 7am or when I get home around 7-8 and even then I'm getting most times only an hour. Now that I've made all my excuses and am done bitching and complaining, here are the practices:
